Przemyslaw “Simon” Marchwiak, age 54, went to be with God on September 29, 2025. He was born in Poland on December 21, 1970 to his loving parents Maria and the late Marian. He is survived by his mother Maria, his loving fiancé Monika Serwinska, and many friends who love him dearly. Przemyslaw took great pride in his dental practice and the care he provided to his patients. He was very devoted to God and attended many local services. An avid enjoyer of sports, Przemyslaw played on the United States men’s soccer team in 1990 at the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th at at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ladislaus Parish 5345 W. Roscoe St, Chicago, IL 60641
Interment immediately following service at Mt. Olive Cemetery.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend and dentist, Dr.Marchwiak. He was not only a skilled doctor but also a man of rare kindness and compassion. Taken far too soon at just 50s, his gentle spirit and the care he gave to others will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace, and may his family and loved ones find comfort in the warmth of his memory..
I am truly sorrowful by the loss of my friend and long-time business partner, Dr.Marchwiak. He was not only a man of great integrity and trust in the dentistry field, but also a kind and genuine person. His absence will be deeply felt, and I will always value the years we shared side by side. My sincere condolences go out to his family and loved ones.
