Richard (Rick) McCorquodale passed away at the age of 76 on January 9, 2026.  He died in Chicago, Illinois, under the care of hospice, at the nursing facility he called home. He was born in Chicago on September 27, 1947.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank McCorquodale and Rose Fenzel McCorquodale, and sisters, Mary Ellen Benzo, Lois Jurceka, Carol Savage, and Lynn Nelson.  He is survived by his siblings, Joyce Kenney, Frank McCorquodale, and Mike McCorquodale, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
