Ronald H. Fischer

Ronald Henry Fischer, age 92. Loving son of the late Eleanor and Henry Fischer, devoted husband to the late Beverly Fischer, and fond brother of Randal K Fischer, dear uncle to Robert (Gina) and Rhonda.  Ron was a proud veteran of the US Army, product of the Chicago schooling, and Associate graduate of Wright College.  He was a diligent bookkeeper at Jiffy Supply for 35 years and a faithful member of the United in Faith Lutheran Church.

A memorial service will be held at Gibbons Family Funeral Home 5917 W Irving Park Rd (½ Block East of Austin) on Saturday from 9 AM-12 PM.

True friends are priceless, and they are rare. All who were fortunate enough to know extraordinary American Ron remain blessed by his presence in our lives. May he rest in peace! Sincere condolences to Randy, Bob, Gina and Rhonda.

Ron and Beverly were great company and so enjoyable to be with on special occasions. You could have a discussion with Ron on almost any topic. Ron and his parents, Henry and Eleanor, were always so good to our sons, Patrick and John. God bless him.
