Joyce Helen Quirk nee Jablonski, RN, BSN, of Mundelein IL and Fontana WI; beloved wife for over 50 years to the late John P.; loving mother of Michael, John (Donna Hawkins) and Robert (Colleen Corrigan); proud grandmother of Martin, Mary Kate, Colleen (William O’Mara), Tommy and Maddie; cherished Gigi of Billy, Katie and Sheila O’Mara; fond aunt of many; Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Frances (Pavlak) Jablonski, her siblings Bonita (Patrick) Keating, Virginia (Erwin) Sniegowski, and Henry (Linda, Mary Ann) Jablonski, her brother-in-law Peter Quirk and her nephew Tony Jablonski. She was a former surgical RN at Holy Family Hospital, former Republican Clerk of Northfield Township, former President of Notre Dame High School Mother’s Club, and a lifelong Pink Panther. Joyce’s kind and welcoming nature was a gift to all who knew her. Funeral Thursday 9:15 AM from Gibbons Family Funeral Home 5917 W. Irving Park Rd.
