Rosemary Anne Hoffman, 77, of Waukegan formerly of Chicago’s Portage Park neighborhood, died peacefully at home on Saturday; beloved wife of over 50 years to Walter Belback, Jr; loving mother of Sarah (Christopher), Claire (Brent) and Veronica (Zachary); cherished grandmother of Celeste, Brent, Jr., Virginia, Eleanor and Harold; and she adored her five fur grandbabies; preceded in death by her parents, George and Rose, her brother Georgie and her grandchildren Michael & William; loved reading, doing crosswords, puzzles, crocheting, gardening and teaching; Visitation Wednesday 3-8 and Thursday 10 AM until time of service 12 PM at Gibbons Family Funeral Home 5917 W.
